Calm & Connection
Sometimes life brings experiences that leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or unsure of our next steps. I offer a calm, accepting space where you can bring whatever feels important, without pressure to explain or fix anything. I believe that healing and growth happen through being genuinely heard, understood and accepted without judgement.
My approach is person‑centred and trauma‑aware, supporting you to reconnect with yourself, your body and your inner sense of direction. I have particular experience and interest in trauma, major life changes, relationships, and neurodivergence, including parenting. I work with sensitivity to how stress and trauma affect the nervous system, helping you move towards greater safety, balance and self‑trust through regulation and connection.

As a military veteran, I understand the impact on wellbeing of transition, identity shifts and living in high‑demand environments. I also offer walk‑and‑talk therapy for clients who feel more at ease outdoors; reflection and movement often aiding grounding and easing the intensity of face‑to‑face work.
I am a BACP registered person‑centred counsellor, working in a trauma‑informed way with awareness of the nervous system and and somatic (bodily) experience. I offer both indoor and walk‑and‑talk counselling sessions.
